This Privacy Policy explains how CAIPHI, Inc., its wholly-owned subsidiary, CAIPHI EP Testing LLC, and and its affiliates (collectively, “CAIPHI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, protect, use, and disclose your Personal Information (defined below). This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information collected or processed through CAIPHI-operated websites or applications (collectively, the “Service”) that link to this Privacy Policy.
